This week is shaping up to be one of the biggest in recent memory for sneaker releases. Nike in particular is flooding the market with highly anticipated collaborations and general releases, but brands across the board are ensuring there's no shortage of must-have options as the holiday shopping season kicks into high gear.
To start with Nike's marquee offerings, they're debuting several high-profile collabs including the Who Decides War Flight Court, Lil Yachty Air Force 1, Fragment Spiridon, Swarovski Air Max Plus, Kobe Air Force 1 and a Wizard of Oz-themed SB Dunk.
On the Jumpman side, Jordan Brand is tripling up with the release of the Jordan 12 "Phantom," Jordan 4 "Net" and the highly anticipated Jordan 5 "Reverse Metallic" - all arriving just days apart.
Nike is also bringing back some beloved classics, with the return of the Copper Foamposites and a new edition of the Air Max Waffle Racer.
But Nike isn't the only brand making waves this week. Converse is closing out its "While You Were Sleeping" collection with the A Ma Maniere Converse Weapon, Under Armour's Curry Brand is debuting the first genuine offering of its empire with the Fox 1 "Happy Fox Day," and PUMA and adidas are getting in on the action too - the former with the MB.04 "Phoenix" and the latter with the long-awaited Fear of God Athletics Basketball II.
With so many must-have releases spread out over the next seven days, sneakerheads are going to have their work cut out for them trying to secure all the heat.
