First Look At The Nike Kobe 6 Protro "Total Orange"

As we head into 2025, Kobe Bryant fans have a lot to look forward to. Between the first retro of the Kobe 3 and continued releases of models like the Kobe 8 "What The" and Kobe 6 "Dodgers," the Mamba's legacy will be well-represented on the sneaker scene this year.

Adding to the lineup is the upcoming Nike Kobe 6 Protro "Total Orange." This vibrant edition of the enduring classic has been revealed, and it does not disappoint.

Compared to initial mock-up images, the most notable difference is in the translucent outsole, which has a matte finish rather than the initially reported glossy look. Otherwise, the shoe stays true to its "Total Orange" moniker, drenching the upper and midsole in the sunny shade with only a few chrome accents on the Swoosh and Sheath logo.

There's speculation that this colorway could be a nod to the courtside moment between the late Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gigi, a narrative already referenced through the Kobe 4 "Girl Dad." The all-orange look and silver detailing would certainly align with that theory, though the full story behind the design is likely to become clearer as the release date approaches.

The Nike Kobe 6 Protro "Total Orange" is expected to hit shelves in Fall 2025, retailing for the standard $190 price point. Be sure to keep an eye on our Sneaker Release Dates page for more details and images as they surface.

In the meantime, check out the fresh set of first-look photos included below, showcasing the vibrant colorway from various angles.
